Anybody can build almost anything today.What are customers really willing to pay for? how?Īre you generating transactional or recurring revenues? Personal? automated? acquisitive? retentive? What relationships are you establishing with each segment? How does each customer segment want to be reached? Which jobs do they really want to get done? Which customers and users are you serving? …and customers help you develop the product …it starts at the “idea” phase, not much later …get customer feedback as early as possible
